The Finance desk computes every charge due — fees, outstanding ground rent and any penalty — from the official rate cards.

Issued as a Demand Notice

You are notified by email/SMS with an itemised Demand Notice showing the exact total payable.

Paid securely with Paystack

Settle the exact amount online by card or transfer, or at the GIS Finance desk. A verification receipt is issued on confirmation.

View and pay your fees

Your demand notices and payment history live in your account. Sign in to pay outstanding charges, or open an account to start a transaction.

Standalone ground-rent & ARC self-service

Looking up and paying ground rent or administration charges without an active application — by property number alone — will open once the State's ground-rent schedule and arrears ledger are gazetted. Until then, these charges are billed within each application's Demand Notice. You are never required to pay to find out your ground rent.
